Is the Pacific Pier Building in the Heartbreaker Bay series real? And if so, is the fountain real?

The series is set in San Francisco, specifically the Cow Hollow district and one particular old, renovated building built around a courtyard and a 150 year old fountain. This fountain’s legend goes that it grants true love to a true heart. Unfortunately, it’s all a figment of my imagination from all my visits to one of my very favorite cities in the world.
